Adds a
--suffix-paramfileflag (analogous to--suffix-fsurdat) that inserts a four-digit zero-padded ensemble member index before the.ncextension ofclm_inparm:paramfilein eachlnd_in_NNNN.Supported for both the
reandf90nmlbackends.Documentation updated accordingly.
